Kurt Dombacher (9 February 1920 – 8 October 1993) was a German Luftwaffe ace and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross during World War II. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Kurt Dombacher was credited with 68 victories in 800+ missions with 1 over Western forces and 67 over Soviet forces.
